I work in NYC, cant help you with a job referral. About a good source for Emergency Nursing, a great book is Emergency Nursing, Core Curriculum 6th Ed. This book is written by the Emergency Nurses Association. I highly recommend you join ENA.

It's a small association fee, it includes their journal and news letter. The CEN tests for core knowledge in emergency nursing. The course content excludes cutting edge information until it is accepted as standard of care across all emergency departments.
